- She's a good listener, which is critical when needing someone to fully understand your needs and wants.
- She is not pushy in any way. Too many agents are all about the sale. We never found any instance of this in all our dealings with Kerry.
- She is very knowledgeable and had a great feel for what the market was like in our area. She also made excellent recommendations on what we needed to add, upgrade, fix, clean up or get rid of. In addition, there were a few things that we thought should be taken care of, which she thought we could leave as is.
- She was incredibly communicative during the whole process. Whether we texted her, emailed her or called her, we always received quick replies. She also kept us informed every step of the way from her side.
- Kerry is not a "yes" person who will say what you want to hear. If she disagrees with you on something, she'll tell you why. This is critical, the last thing you want happening during the process is a failure to communicate.
- Kerry recommended an excellent lawyer who made the legal process a very easy one. Kerry also recommended our mover. We have had many movers over the years, the one Kerry recommended was as good as we've had. In closing would say that selling a house can be a very enjoyable and pleasant experience, or a horrible or terrible experience. Kerry made the whole experience the best it could be!!
