What You Do:

  • Introduce us to your friends, family, neighbors, or anyone you suspect is looking to buy or sell a property (residential or commercial). Frankly, you don’t even have to know them.
  • If you like, you can share our website www.ShoreInsightGroup.com, so your Referrals can learn about us
  • Want to extend your opportunity to earn more? We’ll mentor you with tips to reach more people — but only if you want to.
  • Give us as many referrals (via a standard written referral form) as you can — and there’s no limit to what you can earn

What We Do:

  • Treat every referral with the same care we’d give our own family, delivering professional, data-driven expertise backed by EXIT Realty East Coast.
  • We deliver the highest level of service to each and every client. You never have to worry about how we treat your referrals. If they choose to work with us, they are in excellent hands from our first day to their closing day.
  • You don’t need to show homes, write contracts, or manage transactions. All you do is let us know who may need our services — we do the rest.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

When you Refer Someone Who is selling to Kerry Ascione
You get a 40% referral fee

When you Refer Someone Who is buying to Kerry Ascione
You get a 25% referral fee

Just like me, your fee is then shared with EXIT Realty East Coast
But, you’ll get a full 70% of your referral fee (EXIT Realty EC takes a modest 30%)

Example of what that looks like in real life
On the closing/sale of an $800,000 property, where your referral, a seller, pays a 3% listing fee to EXIT Realty East Coast, the total commission is $24,000.
Your 40% referral fee is $9,600. ($24,000 x 40%)
Your 70% share of that is $6,720. ($9,600 x 70%)

You get a check from EXIT Realty East Coast for $6,720

Note: if your referral sells a property and also buys a property simultaneously, as they often do, you will get a 40% referral fee for their sale and a 25% referral fee for their purchase.

Before You Begin

REQUIREMENTS

One upfront step, a lifetime of opportunity.
  1. Complete the NJ Real Estate Referral Agent pre-licensure class
    • Online or in-person, at your pace (2 weeks–3 months).
    • Cost covered if using our recommended school; partial credit if elsewhere.
    • Not expensive — cost won’t stop you.
  2. Pass the licensing test
    • Straightforward, retake as needed.
    • We’ll help you prepare so you feel confident.
That’s it! Once licensed:
  • No continuing ed required. License valid indefinitely.
  • Course counts if you later upgrade to REALTOR®.
  • Works best if you know people in Monmouth, Ocean, or Middlesex Counties.
